Reliability Training
The thing that Utter Precision, Inc. president, OJ Utter, does better than anything else is train. That is the real core of our business: Training and equipping individuals to make them better at what they do. UPI believes that training is the heart of every World Class Maintenance Program.
We also believe in hands on practical training that helps reinforce the class room work. All of our training classes have a requirement to perform practical application in order to pass. That is where the real meat is. Maintenance personnel are not test takers but they are application people and that is where we focus our testing. Can you accomplish the task and then can you relay that information on in easy to understand reports to the management?
UPI president, OJ Utter, has trained other PdM professionals in preparation for Level I and II training courses in Vibration and Infrared. He has also trained companies in the proper application and start up of a condition monitoring based Reliability Program.
